Piskovsky Victor O.

Piskovsky Victor O. had graduated from the Faculty of Radio Engineering and Cybernetics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Dolgoprudny of Moscow Region in 1986, as a master  degree (an engineer-physicist)  in Automatic Control Systems, as a Doctor of Philosophy in Computational Mathematics in 1991 (also MIPT).

Since 1986 Piskovski V. worked for the Scientific Council on the complex problem "Cybernetics" at the Presidium of the USSR Academy of Sciences. In 1987 he moved to the newly formed Institute for Design Automation of the USSR Academy of Sciences, the topic of work was Computational Fluid Dynamics. From 1993 to 2012 he was engaged in the R&D of information systems in Russia, Kazakhstan, Western Europe. In 2012, he joined the Applied Research Center for Computer Networks (https://www.arccn.ru/),  which is a resident of Skolkovo Foundation. The topic of work is applied research of technologies and products for computer networks of the new generation, distributed cloud computing and information security. Since 2018 Piskovski has worked for Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics (http://cs.www.msu.ru/en/) as a Senior Researcher at the Laboratory of Computing Complexes (https://asvk.cs.msu.ru/)
