He has published more than 40 academic papers in Chinese and Russian in the core academic journals of China, Russia and France, Law Research, Global Law Review, Russian eastern European and Central Asian Studies, state and law (Russia), law and state: theory and practice (Russia), politics and society (France and Russia), and Citizenship and law (Russia). He has presided over and participated in more than 30 national and provincial research projects in Russia and China, and has participated in a number of legislative projects in national ministries and commissions.
